Powell Law P.C. Defense Attorney — Shannon is licensed to practice in all Oregon state courts, The United States District Court of Oregon and all United States Federal Courts. He is a member of the Oregon Trial Lawyers Association and The Oregon Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.
From the beginning he always knew he wanted to represent those who needed it most. He believes in the power of the constitution and believes that all those accused should have the best defense possible. Shannon fights for his clients and will do everything in his power to see to a fair and just decision with the courts.

Our firm administrator — Jamie graduated from Harding University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Consumer Sciences and later graduated from Willamette University with her Masters Degree in Business Administration. She has had a 17 year career with a fortune 100 sportswear company and has experience in leadership, strategy, and merchandising. Outside of work she is a wife and mom raising 2 wonderful sons. She enjoy’s yoga, Peloton and all things involving deepening her inner growth. She is also Co-Chair of outreach for the Oregon State University Design Network Board and regularly donates time and effort into charities and organizations that help to build up communities in need.
